It is founded as at 2003/2004 academic year, in "il Centro Interdipartimentale sulla Formazione Aggiornamento e Promozione Professioni Sanitarie" (C.I.F.A.P.S.), in cooperation with the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery and the Faculty of Sciences, the first level University Master in "Technologies Transfer in Biomedicine for Emerging and Developing Countries".
